Changes at Queen Street Medical Practice and Lowther Medical Centre
Dr Graham Ironside has been a GP at Queen Street Medical Practice for over 30 and has dedicated his career to care for the people of Whitehaven. For much of the past 10 years, Graham has worked tirelessly as a single handed GP. Graham has informed us of his intention to retire at the end of March 2023.
In order to continue to meet the needs of the patients of Queen Street Medical Practice, the decision has been made to merge the practice populations of Queen Street Medical Practice and Lowther Medical Centre. The practice will continue to operate from both sites with a fully integrated team of doctors, nurses, and other health professionals to meet the needs of our patients. The practice will be known as Lowther Medial Centre.
