As from Mon, 15 November can all patients ringing for RESULTS or GENERAL MEDICATION QUERIES please contact the surgery after 2.00 pm (01946 692241 & select option 4). This will help to reduce the volume of calls at 8.00 am for those patients who need to request an appointment or home visit.
For REPEAT PRESCRIPTION requests – Please continue to use the Prescription Line Tel – 01946 518299 or Text service 0790 357 2883. This service is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
For HOME VISIT requests – Tel 01946 692241 & select Option 3 before 10.30 am if possible.
For NON-URGENT APPPOINTMENTS / ADVICE / FIT NOTES / MEDICAL REPORTS – you can also access Online Consultations (accessed via link on Website Home Page).
This service can provide information, help and support as well as a route to contact the surgery for general advice, to request a fit note, medical report etc. You will receive a response from the surgery within 2 working days.
