There is easy access for wheelchair patients. A lift to the first floor is provided. There are toilets suitable for disabled persons on each floor.
Guide dogs are welcome.

The entrance is from Castle Meadows. The small car park is for LMC STAFF ONLY. There are ample public and commercial car parking facilities around the Medical Centre and free car parking is available for Blue Badge holders in the car park opposite the surgery.
